Sure. If you are supplying artwork, please provide the correct trim size in mm. Contact us to discuss if a bleed is required. All images should be 300dpi and text in 600dpi. Low resolution images do not replicate well.

Acceptable file formats are:
Email attachments less than 8Mb
USB drives
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for files larger than 8Mb
External FTP links (Google Drive, Dropbox, WetTransfer or similar sites)

Most images on the internet are subject to copyright laws and are substandard quality, which do not replicate well when printing. If you are supplying photographs for reproduction, you may be asked to provide proof that you are the rightful owner. If browsing the internet for an image, it is best to go to a stock site such as shutterstock.com where you can find high quality images that can be purchased

Ensure all files are converted to CMYK, 300dpi minimum, in eps, pdf or Jpeg format.

How long is a piece of string? It depends on the size, the materials used and how many signs you want. All of our signs are custom made to your individual requirements, so prices vary accordingly. Fill out our enquiry form and we will get back to you with a quote.

Yes please! We recommend giving your car a general wash before you bring it in. Please avoid using polish. Before applying the signage, we will wipe down the surface to remove any excess traces of grease and wax.

Some pull up banners are for single use only. We would need to inspect your pull up banner to see if prints are interchangeable. The pull up banners that we sell are interchangeable.

Yes we can, however if the supply of the artwork in printable format was not included in your initial quote, there may be a fee as Bendesigns owns the artwork that we design unless it has been paid for by the customer.

Your business card can be as simple or unique as you’d like it to be. We can provide from normal, run of the mill style cards to die-cut cards. At the very minimum your business card should include your name, contact details and business logo. If you’re not sure what colours to use, customers often like the idea of using the same colours as their favourite footy team!

The fonts for your sign should reflect your brand guidelines. Some fonts are harder to read than others. We will help you select a font based on your branding, visibility and readability from a distance. Check out dafont.com and find a font that appeals to you.

The time it takes can vary depending on the type of materials, the intricacy and our workload. While some projects may be able to be completed in 24-48 hours, others may take a little bit longer. Please let us know if your request is urgent at the time order.

Please email through your details (including a phone number) what your requirements are, sizes, quantities, and when you need the job completed by. Attach any artwork that you have so we can confirm if it is suitable for printing, we will let you know if a better quality image is required. We usually respond acknowledging receipt of emails within 24-48hrs.

As per our quotation terms, a 50% deposit is required before we will commence artwork, with immediate payment of remainder on completion of job. All signs remain the property of bendesigns until paid in full. Once deposit has been paid and quote accepted in writing, one set of layouts and one set of alternations to those layouts will be provided. Any additional layouts will be extra based on time taken for changes.
